About Me

I had a dream - to buy land, secure planning, and build houses.

Growing up, I watched my grandfather do it and was inspired by the impact property could create. But without money, that dream slowly faded.

My name is Nick Wheatley, and my life changed when I shifted my mindset from “I can’t afford that” to “how can I afford that?”

That single change forced me to think differently about opportunity.

The journey wasn’t easy. I went through hundreds of rejections over more than a year, with no guidance and no clear framework. Everything was learned through trial and error.

Eventually, persistence paid off. I secured my first site - a single bungalow on a large corner plot. Using a £1 option agreement and a no-win-no-fee planning arrangement, I turned that site into four houses. After three attempts, planning was approved. That was the moment everything changed.
