About me

I had a dream - to buy land, secure planning, and build houses. Growing up, I watched my grandfather do it, and I was inspired by the impact and the opportunities property could create. But without money, that dream slowly faded.

My name is Nick Wheatley, my life changed when I shifted my mindset from “I can’t afford that” to “how can I afford that?” I started thinking creatively, looking for ways to make deals happen without the upfront capital I didn’t have.
